 ID Broadcasting is owned and operated by IDB LLC Independent Direct Broadcasting™. By  accessing or using any online, live, or streaming radio services provided by ID Broadcasting, you  agree to comply with all platform rules, content guidelines, and applicable laws.

 All online live and streaming radio stations operated by ID Broadcasting are licensed through  SoundExchange and ASCAP. Users may not upload or submit any content they do not own or have  rights to distribute. Unauthorized copying, rebroadcasting, or commercial use of ID Broadcasting  content is prohibited.

 Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. IDB LLC reserves the right to  update or modify these terms at any time.
